About the courseThe course starts from zero: what a prediction market is, why a share price reads as a probability and what a purchase pays under each outcome, who built Polymarket, and how it differs from Polymarket US. Next you learn to read an event page: binary markets, multi-outcome markets and date ladders, the rules, the resolution source, and edge cases. The third module covers the account and money: signing in with email, a social account or your own wallet, pUSD, the deposit address, network and minimum, withdrawals, and account security. Every module ends with practice in a simulator that reproduces the Polymarket interface and a short quiz. The next modules come out in order: the first trade, the order book, limit orders, fees and rewards, the portfolio, disputed outcomes, sports and crypto markets, and finally the public API for developers.

How learning works

Every module follows the same pattern: short lessons, practice in the simulator, and a quiz. Each lesson unlocks after the previous one is completed.

    Each lesson covers one topic through a worked example with fragments of the Polymarket interface.
  • A Polymarket interface simulator
    In the practices you work on a screen that reproduces Polymarket: the home page, the event page, the rules, deposits, and withdrawals. No wallet or money needed.
  • A quiz after each module
    Each module ends with five short scenario questions based on its lessons.
  • Flashcards
    A deck for every module helps you review the terms and rules.
Checking your workYou complete the course independently. A practice counts once the task is done on the simulator screen, and the quiz at the end of each module shows what to review. You do not need to submit work to a person or wait for a review.
