Anastasia Moroz

He started in a program from the Ethereum Foundation, now works at Meta and collaborates with researchers at Telecom Paris. Pavel is a researcher-developer obsessed with asynchronous cryptocurrencies. He explains proof-of-work and proof-of-stake like he invented the algorithms himself. Together with scientists from a French university, he develops new algorithms for distributed systems and sets the pace for the field. Denis Pisarev

Tiago is a well-known figure in blockchain community management with more than 10 years of experience and Head of Community at Partisia Blockchain. He previously launched the flagship Ambassador Program at the Cardano Foundation, helped grow Zilliqa, HUMAN Protocol, and Occam Group, and in 2017 was part of the original Dash team that helped push a little-known altcoin into the top five by market cap. He is also a founding partner of Syyx, an agency built by former Cardano ecosystem executives and domain experts.

Just a year ago Vladimir was only starting to dive into web3 technologies, and now he leads the CRM team at SuperDAO. How does learning work?

Study at your own pace without creating extra stress&nbsp;&mdash; as much as you can afford and whenever it works for you.

Can I combine studying with work?

However much time you put in, what matters is consistency. One hour every day is better than 10&nbsp;hours straight on Sunday.

How much time should I spend on learning?

The bootcamps keep updating, so the learning never really ends. But if you push, you can reach a hireable level in 4-6&nbsp;months.

How long does the program last?

You&rsquo;ll get an onchain diploma, a solid portfolio, a leveled-up resume, and the ability to find a job. Unless you get sniped before that or decide to stay on as a DAO contributor.

What happens when I finish a track?

The stream schedule is built around student preferences so the format stays comfortable and practical for everyone. Usually streams happen on weekday evenings and weekend afternoons. If you miss one, there&rsquo;s a library where every recording gets uploaded.

What does the schedule look like? What if I miss a stream?

Of course. Most people in our school start with zero coding knowledge. They get through the program, plug into the activity fast, and some even start running their own streams in the DAO&rsquo;s core areas.

I&rsquo;m a complete beginner. Can I still study with you?

For experienced developers, the main value is the community. From what we&rsquo;ve seen, students with a dev background level up both hard and soft skills here. And of course, networking is a non-negotiable part of a builder&rsquo;s success.

I&rsquo;m already an AI/crypto developer. Will this still be useful?

Choose the track you like most. If you realize during the process that you want something else, you&rsquo;ll be able to switch tracks without paying extra.

What&rsquo;s the difference between the tracks? Which one should I choose?

You&rsquo;ll work on projects at the intersection of AI and crypto. You can learn more about that in the &laquo;Hacker Houses&raquo; section.

What kind of projects will I build? What will I be able to do after I finish?

If you give your studies enough attention, you&rsquo;ll find a job you actually want without a problem. The school will give you direct access to people working in top AI and crypto projects&nbsp;&mdash; these experts run AMA sessions in our community every week. On top of that, we&rsquo;ll do a full career consultation and a mock interview with you so you learn how to answer tricky HR questions, write a strong resume, and understand the finer points of getting hired.

Can I land in a top project in 6&nbsp;months? How do you help with that?

AI and crypto are code first. You don&rsquo;t have to become a supercoder, but you do need a basic grasp of code if you want a solid foundation. It also helps you speak the same language as developers when you build your own product.
