TrackThis bootcamp is based on the LMS course /solopreneur: 10 modules, 54 lessons, and 15 practices about moving from an idea and prototype to a validated product. You will build a founder operating loop: pain map, niche, customer discovery, JTBD, one-liner, wedge, MVP, pricing, unit economics, business model memo, outreach pipeline, decision memo, founder narrative, and founder dashboard.
- Go through 10 modules, 54 lessons, and 15 practices from the /solopreneur LMS course
- Build a map of 10 pains and choose a niche by pain strength, access, and current alternatives
- Run at least 5 discovery conversations without pitching and assemble an evidence pack
- Define the one-liner, wedge, ICP, anti-ICP, price, and MVP boundaries
- Run a smoke test, outreach pipeline, business model memo, and decision memo for continue / pivot / kill
- Build a founder narrative and founder dashboard with metrics, pipeline, decision log, and the next experiment
